Our Culture

We know that choosing a care provider is an important decision, we consistently receive positive feedback from our customers for the care and support they receive. This includes commendations for the support of our office staff, who are responsive and understanding, and to our team of carers who develop close bonds with customers. We take time to understand our customer’s needs and wishes and then match them with the carer(s) who have the relevant skills. We also know how important it is to build a rapport between customers and carers.

We look for carers who show empathy, respect and uphold dignity and our commitment to support and training has been recognised by our CQC inspector. We also understand the importance of having a small group of regular carers for each customer, this is a key determinant to quality and is therefore tightly managed.

We seek the very best people to join our growing company and help us deliver excellent community care and we are proud of the care we provide.
